Two fathers who combined their individual talents with their love for reading stories to their children.
Barry – Majored in Communications
at Miami University and has maintained a career in marketing/advertising.
“The bedtime stories my children enjoyed
most were adventures and mysteries with moments of light shock, fright
and the unexpected. I started creating the Shanghai Ned stories about
an adventurer of sorts who is always ready to help friends in need. Soon
my children were asking for these instead of books. The next step was
to write the stories out in letters, address them to my children, and
read them as a series of letters sent directly to them."
Dave – Creative Director/Multimedia Designer with
a degree in Visual Communications and Marketing from The University of
Dayton.

What Are Quality Time Tales?
Quality Time Tales are a growing series of exciting adventures and mysteries developed in a “customized and personalized letter/story” format and individually addressed to your child (children) to whom you will be reading.
Quality Time Tales has been created to appeal to two children’s age groups based upon their attention span and familiarity with subject matter.

And while these letter/stories often contain elements of mystery or intrigue, no characters die nor are any seriously wounded in physical struggles.
